My name is Darren Li, and for several years, I struggled with various muscular dysfunctions. Over this time, I’ve tried numerous exercises and routines in order to fix my problems. I’ve failed and failed countless times so that today, I can tell you what works and what doesn’t.
I don’t have a fancy kinesiology degree or anything like that, which means I talk in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I don’t bore you with complex medical jargon; I don’t expect you to know what the brachioradialis is.
Because I don’t have any formal certification, I only give advice on problems that I’ve experienced and solved myself. This means that I know exactly how you feel, and I can offer solutions that have worked for me (and will hopefully work for you).
